Stephanie Benson, the Ghanaian Hiplife singer based in the United Kingdom has expressed her thoughts on privacy in marriages

Stephanie Benson would in an interview with Happy Fm assert “The moment you marry is the moment you lost your privacy. You and your wife should be one. I don’t care whatever it is you’re doing. You shouldn’t be afraid to pick up each other’s phones”

Stephanie Benson would finally conclude by adding “You have nothing to hide from each other. You’re supposed to be one, what does the vow say? The Vow says you’re a union, so when id your phone become yours? You’re one. That’s how you grow”

The issue of marriage is one which seems to be in the daily discussions as recently, Counselor Charlotte Oduro advised the youth who are not yet into marriage to take their time and not allow peer pressure force them into making hasty decisions “I mean there are certain things that you may not have to share because it is business. That’s different.. if you have a phone and everything you have to do is about work, you don’t have to share”

She will continue by adding “If you are listening to me and you are unmarried, God has blessed you. Don’t rush into marriage. Survey it very well. Most of us allowed pressure to force us into marriage. Today we regret marrying. People don’t say the truth, but some of us will”

Before finally concluding with “Take 100 women and men, and 99 of them would wish they did not get married. Because they have married a man who is envious of their progress. Some have married women who are out to destroy their destinies.
