Gyakie named member of YouTube Black Voices Class of 2023

The third music cohort, the #YouTubeBlack Voices Music Class of 2023, which includes 40 musicians from around the world, has been revealed by YouTube as a part of the global #YouTubeBlack Voices Fund.

This list includes Ghanaian Afro-Fusion artist, Gyakie who has been announced as a member of the YouTube Black Voices Class of 2023.

This was revealed in a post by YouTube Music on social media.
In addition to Ghanaian producer Juls, the singer is the only female artiste from Ghana to be included in the list of several Black Creators from around the globe.

The programme aims to provide Black innovators, artistes, composers, and producers with direct financial assistance to support their YouTube content and have a platform to share their opinions and experiences.

Along with Gyakie, other African artistes who made the list are Asake and BNXN from Nigeria and Kamo Mphela and Mashbeatz from South Africa.

Huge amounts of congratulations are coming in for Gyakie, who is clearly overjoyed and unable to contain her excitement.

Gyakie has occasionally put Ghana on the map several times through her hard work and talent.
