Ignatius Baffour-Awuah, the Minister of Labour and Employment, has been named as the Minister Responsible for Pensions by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
This means “you will be responsible for the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPTA) and the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT),” the appointment letter said.
The appointment was effective January 30, 2023.
