My Political Inexperience Led To My Loss – Obour Reveals

The former president of MUSIGA, Bice Osei Kufour, popularly known as Obour, has blamed his political inexperience as a result which led to his loss to the NPP parliamentary primaries.
He said that his strong competitor, Kwaku Asante Boateng, who is the bearer member of parliament for Asante Akyem South Constituency, is an experienced politician.

Obour had 296 votes and Mr. Kwaku Boateng had 360 votes to claim the seat.

According to Obour, Mr. Kwaku Boateng being in parliament two terms already, will definately have some tricks to win the election than he could know to defeat him, because he was a first-timer.
Therefore, he said he is willing to work harder and bounce back in 2024.
