Young Ghanaian singer, visually impaired, Adelaide Bortier, stage named Adelaide The Seer, has disclosed how she sadly lost her sight.
Speaking in an interview with ZionFelix on the ‘Uncut Show, Adelaide said her predicament started when she was in the Senior High School (SHS).
According to her, the sad situation hit her when she was in the final year of SHS.
Adelaide recalled that everything began as normal headache and temperature rises.
The talented singer revealed she was admitted to the hospital, suffering from a stiff neck among others.
Unfortunately, Adelaide said that she had lost her memory and even entered a coma along the line.
When Adelaide The Seer recovered consciousness at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, she recounted everything was dark.
For some time, she hallucinated before realizing her current state.
The event was highly confusing, Adelaide stressed.
The young singer said life was all right and fun prior to losing her sight.
After eight (8) and half months of living as a visually impaired person, Adelaide asserted that life is still brighter and better.
