The outspoken member of parliament for Assin North Central, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong has landed himself into trouble.
The loud mouth MP has found himself in “hot soup” for defamatory words against journalist, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako.
The law maker who do not care about anything or anyone spoke and uttered harsh words to ruin the good reputation of the Editor-in-Chief for the “New Crusading Guide” newspaper.
According to information gathered by www.bibinionline.com, indicates that, the court came out with its verdict and ruled in favour of the journalist, Abdul Malik.
Meanwhile, the court charged the Honourable MP with 30 days to retract and apologise three times on the platforms he used to pronounce defamatory words against Abdul Malik.
Damage of GHC100,000 was set and a cost of GHC30,000 all summing up to GHC130,000 was given to Hon. Kennedy Agyapong for defamation.
