Controversial political activist Kwame A Plus has reacted to the judgement given by the Tema High court “B” describing the judgement as ridiculous and shameful.
Recall that Chairman Wontumi sued comedienne Afia Schwar, host of United Showbiz Nana Ama McBrown, and her panelists; A Plus and Mr. Logic.
Afia Schwar was sentenced to a 10-day jail term by the High Court. The host of United Showbiz Nana Ama McBrown, panelists A Plus, and Mr. Logic has also been charged with contempt and fined GHc 60,000 each.
The panelists during the discussion made certain comments on the case.
Reacting to the judgement, A Plus has taken to his facebook page to trash the judgement describing it as “shameful and ridiculous”.
He wrote, “Under Mahama, Hopeson Adoye paid 3000 for contempt. Sir John paid 10,000. Sammy Awuku paid 5000.
Under Akufo Addo and his useless government, there is so much inflation that we were convicted to a fine of 65.000.00 because 3000 can only buy dragon spray and viagra.
My right to freedom of expression is inalienable. If you can’t stand me just die. Such a ridiculous and shameful judgement!!!”.
