Jean Mensa, Chairman of the Electoral Commission ( EC), said the Commission would repay the filing fees of the defeated presidential aspirants.
Five were barred from contesting the election this year on Monday, October 19.
The five are Kwesi Addae Odike, Kofi Koranteng, Kwasi Busumbru, Marricke Kofi Gane, and Nana Agyenim Boateng.
In a media conference, Rs Mensa said that there were problems with the forms of those excluded aspirants.
She also noted that the Commission would report on further inquiries to the Ghana Police Force for those focusing on crime.
In all, 12 aspirants were qualified to contest the elections.
